We rent some of the horses we use for hippotherapy and horseback riding from a private owner. Due to financial difficulties he put the horses for sell. We have managed to buy 2 of them but 4 are still left. They are well trained horses, taught to work with children. We want to buy them and keep them in the center. We organize fundraising to buy Golden and Galizga first since they have potential buyers already. The owner wants 2000 USD for Golden and 1000 USD for Galizga, both thoroughbred.
We have been cooperating so far with the owner of the place to be able to run Centaur hippotherapy and horseback riding center. But today we face the situation forcing us to purchase the venue to be able to carry on our activity. The current owner is selling the venue (the stable, land and the horses) for 50 000 USD.
50 000 dollars is a lot for one person. But dividing it between 100 people makes just 500 dollars each, between 1000 people, 50 dollars each, between 10 000 people just 5 dollars each, between 50 000 people, just a dollar each. 50 000 times 1 dollar can save Centaur from being closed down. Together we can do it!

Charity Photo Exhibition
We had charity photo exhibition and sale "My Horse is My Wings", first in the Lover's park, then in the Bureaucrat bookstore. At the two exhibitions we raised 174 000 AMD that we spent on the hay for horses. The exhibition "My Horse is My Wings" then continued and continues on Facebook.

"Adopt a Horse for a Year!" Program
We have 9 horses and a pony at the Centaur Hippotherapy and horseback riding center. It is not an easy job to keep them all, especially in our not very active months. A horse can be “adopted” not only by individuals but also by a group of people, let us say a group of friends, colleagues or classmates. Corporative package involves up to 6 people and costs 100 000 AMD (~ 270 USD) for a whole year. That includes all the benefits of the individual adoption with only changing the tour to Saint Sargis to the 3 group visits and rides at Centaur!
Adopt a Dog for a Year! Program
Along with the horses we have 9 dogs at the Centaur Hippotherapy and horseback riding center (www.centaur.am). They all are rescued dogs and are involved in the animal therapy with handicapped children. It is not an easy job to keep them all, especially in our not very active months.
